Last month I had the great privilege of receiving Life Membership from the Building Service Contractors Association of Australia (BSCAA), presented during their Excellence Awards Gala in Melbourne. It was a humbling experience, especially given how many people in our industry do exceptional work, often without fanfare.

When I started out, mop in hand, I never imagined I’d one day be recognised in this way. It’s a reflection not just of my own journey, but of the thousands of people I’ve been lucky enough to work alongside over the years.
